How Many Drinks Per Bottle?

Here, at a glance, are the numbers of drinks you can expect (1.5oz and 1 oz liquor servings, 5 ox. Wine servings) from a bottle in the various container sizes. Chart for a 1 to 12 bottles.

Example: The customer figures with (1.5 oz servings) he will need for his party 30 drinks of Scotch, 10 drinks of Bourbon, and about 40 drinks fo Vodka or Gin. The chart translates his needs to bottles as follows: Two 750mls of Scotch, one 750mls of Bourbon, one 1.75 litre of Vodka or Gin.

Use the same way to figure how much wine to buy. Two (3 litre) containers of wine will supply 40 wine servings of 5 oz. each.

Have a shot glass available to cut down on spillage for highballs, cocktails, and mixed drinks.
